Nestled in a tranquil area adjacent to the Historic Elgin Cathedral, this apartment provides convenient access to both the local shops and scenic parks, enhancing the overall experience. The apartment itself offers a secure entrance, ensuring a sense of safety. Inside, I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, which worked well for casual dining. The dining table is a welcome addition, providing ample space for meals or planning the day's activities. The flat was clean and maintained, with fresh bedding and towels. The bathroom, featuring a bath and shower, added to the comfort. While the bed was quite cozy, I would note that for the price point, the amenities offered might not resonate with luxury seekers. Nevertheless, for couples or small groups, River View presents excellent value in a picturesque setting, even if it does not boast the extravagance of a five-star resort. An 8/10 seems reasonable, reflecting this balanced perspective.
